We want to thank you, everyone hunting with us in the last 6 years. We would not have the genetics we have with out your help. In our calculations we took over 400 Whitetails with taking a record of 170 Whitetail in 2007, with also taking 1 world record with hand gun. Taking several 250 class Whitetails with the youngest 250 class being 3 yrs. old. You just have to wonder will we ever see a 300" yearling. I haven't yet, but I did see a several 200" yearlings. Yes, their first rack. The biggest yearling known now is 260 at 1 year old. I know its very hard to believe and some people think they add something to the feed, but mostly it is Genetics. Linebreeding several 300" and 400" deer and you will get some big deer .

If you are looking for a place to take a nice 150, 170, 190,240, 300, class we still have hunts starting at $3,000.00, a few dates are available. We Expect to be sold out soon as We can only take about 100 customers. Wayne Pearson blocks 2 months for his groups. Expect to see lots of Bucks from 170 class to 300". Our best count on Feb 10th, we had about 120 bucks on the property. when you book your hunt and pay your $500 deposit, if for any reason we didn't have the size deer that you were looking for due to bad weather etc. things can happen, you will get a full refund. That is what makes our ranch 100% Satisfaction.

We will be offering 4 Buck fawns this year to our hunters to own. We will take care of them, if we can use to service our Does. How it works, you will buy the buck for $6,000.00. You will own him. We will retain 20 straws of semen a year for caring for and feeding. If he goes really big you can sell as much semen as you would like, most semen is from $200.00 each up too $10,000.00 a straw. But any rate if the buck you bought doesn't go 200 inches at 3 years old we will let you take any 170 class Whitetail at the ranch for the money you invested. Our superior sire being used for 2007 has 13= 300 inch bucks surfacing this pedigree, World known as Apollo 13 his semen at $3000.00 each. We have 2, 2008 buck fawns available for $8000.00 Out of this great sire. That will have the same guarantee as above. With the 180 class guarantee with investments.
