TROPHY RIDGE RANCH OWNERS...David And Rosie Wells. David Wells, owner of Trophy Ridge Ranch, has hunted, he thinks, since his day of birth. His dad wasn't even home for David's birth, as he was hunting the Illinois River for the mighty mallard! David teethed on shot gun shells! Rosie at the age of four, put wads in shells for her Dad during reloading time and hunted the cornfields with her dad all during her school years!

Missing nearly 30% of his high school days to hunt, gave David many days of hunting experience to know what a hunter enjoys and to know hunting would be his utmost challenge in life, except to find the right woman. She found him, and knew she had him hooked when she shot the first squirrel they saw on their first hunting trip. She still tells how she had to shoot that squirrel as his last girlfriend made a big "ka do" over him killing a poor lil squirrel. Rosie knew that is why that gal lost David! Rosie said to get her man, she had to bag that wild critter!

David has lived on Trophy Ridge Ranch most of his life, establishing the best hunting sites and feeding fields for Whitetail Deer and other wildlife. David's son, Tim, is a well-known archer with hunting videos on the market, and his own TV program, Relentless Pursuit, on the The DISH Network and other TV stations. The Wells are Hunters!

Trophy Ridge Ranch has acres of heavy oak timber woods, scattered grassy fields, water sources, and many food plots. With adjoining fields of clover, alfalfa, and row crops, it is the perfect natural habitat for big game animals like elk and whitetail deer. It is not uncommon to find monster rubs like this one at Trophy Ridge Ranch.
