 Tom and Judy “the Pap and Mom” have operated Big Grass for the past 12 years starting as part-time operators till now full time operators. Over this time the couple has shared their love of the sport and the many hunters greeting them as guests and welcoming them back as dear friends. With their love of the tourism industry and their ability to provide a top-quality service in partnership with what Manitoba’s environment has to offer. They can offer you a hunt Second to None!!

Tom has volunteered on many wildlife organizations and holds memberships with the Manitoba Wildlife Federation, Safari Club, a life member of North American Hunting Club, and Delta Waterfowl. Judy sits on many of these organizations as Director, President and a voice for the tourism and hunting industry. Bud, Jazmine, and Bailey, his retrievers are valuable members of the Big Grass Staff. Along with the girls Fudge, Missy and Squeaks.

Judy’s photos capture scenes of the outdoors and shots of the clients while in camp that will bring back memories for years to come. These added to the News page of www.biggrassoutfitters.com for all to see the happenings while in camp make you want to experience their camp.

Tom and Judy’s knowledge and experience relate to the importance of time spent in the woods. At Big Grass we encourage our guests to enjoy the time spent a field to capture a trophy with a weapon, or a moment on film to preserve a memory for a lifetime.

Big Grass Log Cabins

While hunting with Big Grass enjoy hot showers, comfortable beds and great home cooked meals after a long days hunt in the lodge. The many stories and photos captured during the day with be the topic at the dinner table for sure.

Renting; for viewing go to www.biggrass.com Stay in rustic log cabins with modern showers and comfortable beds just 20 minutes from Asessippi Ski Hill or 8 minutes from Russell Each log cabin has 2 rooms with 3 or 4 single beds and bunks. Each room has its own shower and toilet. Or the stay in the Lodge with a joining room with 2 sets of bunks and a modern kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, sitting area with TV/VCR, large dining table

Terms:

Deposits: Upon receipt of 50% of cost your hunt date is confirmed. Final payment is due 2 months prior to the hunt. All prices in US Funds.

Prebooking year in advance: Upon receipt of a $750.00 deposit the date of your choosing will be reserved if available. On Jan 1 of that year, the balance of your 50% deposit is due. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the hunt.

Upon receiving deposit we will send you these items:

1. Status sheet to be filled by you and returned.

2. Firearms Declaration form to be completed to enter Canada.

3. Invoice of costs for hunt.
