A Buck with History
OVERVIEW
A Pennsylvania hunter, who has had moderate success hunting in his home state, takes a dream-hunting trip to Alberta, Canada. The guides and outfitter have spent a full year patterning a pair of big bucks. Their work started when they found a huge set of sheds in an oat field. The trail camera set ups used through out the summer and fall revealed a pair of monster whitetails using the area. By moving the cameras, they were able to pinpoint the exact travel routes and bedding areas, which provided a perfect, set up for a tree stand. Like many perfect set-ups, this one failed to work when a local hunter spooked the big buck from his daily routine. Knowledge of the area and a bit of luck allows the outfitter to place the hunter where the buck can be coaxed into the open with a set of rattling antlers. The hunter makes his shot and takes the buck of a lifetime.

Three Ring Circus on Dore Mountain

OVERVIEW OF:
Three Ring Circus on Dore Mountain
“Don’t shoot the first deer you see! There are more deer here than people, you will see a lot of deer, big deer.” Words of wisdom supplied by both veteran hunters and guides, when a Tennessee whitetail hunter travels north to Saskatchewan. However, following the rules doesn’t always bring the desired results. As the weak light with poor video conditions combines with a huge buck chasing unresponsive does and a guide reluctant to have his hunter take the shot without the camera running creates a three-ring circus - our hunter decides to take the shot anyway. The result? A buck with 14- points that nets a whopping 183 4/8.
A LITTLE ON THE TRASHY SIDE

OVERVIEW OF:
A LITTLE ON THE TRASHY SIDE
Some men like blonde-haired women, and some like redheads; it is a matter of personal preference. Kevin likes his Bucks “A little on the trashy side.” The meaning he wants a typical deer, with a little bit of trash, or extra mass, or unique points, and passes many bucks just to wait for that trashy one.
